The experience begins before dawn, when the lake changes rhythm and still belongs to those who live and work on it every day.
Aboard traditional fishing boats and accompanied by professional fishermen, guests enter the real world of Lake Trasimeno fishing. This is not a demonstration prepared for visitors, but a daily activity shared according to its authentic pace.
Nets, gestures, waiting and the relationship with the water reveal a centuries-old profession through the direct experience of those who still practise it today.
On returning to shore, the story can continue through food, with the possibility of seeing the freshly caught fish transformed at a local restaurant.
